One-Day Pottery Workshop: All Levels

This one-time pottery workshop at our Little Neck studio is designed for adults of all experience levels who want to explore working with clay in a relaxed, creative environment. Students learn basic hand-building techniques while creating one project of their choice, such as a cup, plate, accessory, or small sculpture.

    • Fridays · 6:00–8:00 PM

    • Saturdays · 5:00–7:00 PM

(Materials & firing included · No prior experience required)

  • Learn basic hand-building techniques and create one project of your choice—such as a cup, plate, accessory, or small sculpture.

  • Additional Information

    • Finished pieces will be glazed and fired by our staff

    • Work will be ready for pickup in approximately 3–4 weeks

    • Class time includes setup and cleaning

What to Know Before You Register

Adult One-Day Workshop

No prior experience is required.

Aprons will be provided.

  • Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before the class start time to allow for check-in and setup.

How is the class structured?

  • A relaxed, hands-on one-time pottery workshop

  • Learn basic clay and hand-building techniques

  • Create one personalized ceramic project

  • Guided step-by-step instruction in a small-group setting

What is included in the tuition?

All materials and studio processes are included.

  • Clay, glazes, and underglazes

  • Use of studio equipment

  • All firings

Class time includes setup and cleaning time.

What should I prepare for my first class?

No prior experience is required.

  • All essential materials will be provided for the workshop

  • Aprons will be available, but you are welcome to bring your own if preferred

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

· Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.

· Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class will receive class credit only, valid for one year.

· Once the session has begun, no refunds will be issued.
