Classes for Teen
(Grades 6–12)

Learn basic techniques, then create your own project (cup, plate, accessory, sculpture).
Pieces will be glazed and fired.
*Students may also use drawing, painting, or design sketches as part of their creative process. -
Students will learn both wheel-throwing and hand-building techniques, including centering, opening, pulling, shaping, trimming, as well as pinching, coiling, and slab construction.
The class emphasizes developing strong foundational skills, control, and form, while also exploring creativity through surface design and glazing. A balance of technical fundamentals and creative expression
