One-Day Pottery Workshop · Wheel Throwing

Curious about pottery but not ready for a multi-week course? This one-time workshop is an easy and enjoyable way to experience the pottery wheel and create something of your own.

Learn centering, opening, pulling, and shaping with step-by-step guidance while making simple forms such as cups, bowls, or small vessels. No prior experience is required—come solo or bring a friend for a relaxing, creative break.

Wheel Throwing · $120‍ Finishing and firing are an additional $20 per piece.

🕒 Fridays · 6:00–8:00 PM

🕒 Saturdays · 2:30–4:30 PM

  • Finished pieces will be glazed and fired by our staff

  • Work will be ready for pickup in approximately 3–4 weeks

  • Class time includes setup and cleaning

Reserve your spot—limited to 10 students per class.

Learn the basics of centering, opening, pulling, and shaping clay.

How is the class structured?

  • A relaxed, hands-on one-time pottery workshop

  • Learn basic clay and hand-building techniques

  • Create one personalized ceramic project

  • Beginner-friendly and open to all levels

  • Guided step-by-step instruction in a small-group setting

What is included in the tuition?

All materials and studio processes are included.

  • Clay, glazes, and underglazes

  • Use of studio equipment

  • All firings

Class time includes setup and cleaning time.

What should I prepare for my first class?

No prior experience is required.

  • All essential materials will be provided for the workshop

  • Aprons will be available, but you are welcome to bring your own if preferred

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early.

Class Policies

Cancellation & Refund Policy

· Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.

· Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class will receive class credit only, valid for one year.

· Once the session has begun, no refunds will be issued.
